Course curriculum

There are times when the best treatment that we can offer a patient is euthanasia. However, with new breakthroughs in wildlife medicine, there are many injuries that are now treatable. This course will give you the tools to critically assess if euthanasia is the correct option or if a patient can the rehabilitated. In addition, it will cover the steps of euthanasia so as to cause minimum stress and suffering to our patients. This project is proudly supported by WWF’s Regenerate Australia program and is currently free for WA veterinarians and veterinary nurses.
